JOB DESCRIPTION
This role specializes in performing problem determination and problem source identification in software environments. Responsibilities include: – problem analysis, evaluation, recreation, and resolution of customer reported problems – the use of relevant problem management systems to search for known problems and to create new entries/update existing entries – advice and guidance to customers regarding the use of software – the use of IBM technical resources and tools to answer customer questions and respond to customers requirements Software environments include operating systems, programming languages, database management systems, packages, development tools- Position Based In Central Africa Nigeria

Project Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)
Responsibilities/Knowledge/Skill requirements:
Mechanical/Plumbing Engineers
- Prepare/design Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) and/or Plumbing Systems and Specifications.
- Ability to prepare HVAC and/or Plumbing Construction Drawings.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE and other standards is an added advantage.
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 4 years experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing systems in Building and Infrastructure projects.
Electrical Engineers
- Prepare/design Power, Lighting, Extra Low voltage systems and Specifications.
- Knowledge of PHCN and IEE Standards.

- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 4 years experience in Building Systems and infrastructure projects.

Maintain high Safety standards
Ensure that quality control test of Jet A-1 fuel is done regularly without compromise before, during and after aircraft refueling.
Comprehensive check of Bowsers to ensure that they are safe for field operations (i.e., daily , weekly , monthly checks and other routine checks)
Stock reconciliation, documentation and reporting.

Qualification/Experience
