Project Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)
Responsibilities/Knowledge/Skill requirements:
Mechanical/Plumbing Engineers
- Prepare/design Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) and/or Plumbing Systems and Specifications.
- Ability to prepare HVAC and/or Plumbing Construction Drawings.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE and other standards is an added advantage.
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 4 years experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing systems in Building and Infrastructure projects.
Electrical Engineers
- Prepare/design Power, Lighting, Extra Low voltage systems and Specifications.
- Knowledge of PHCN and IEE Standards.
- Experience in Data/Voice, UPS System, Security, CCTV and Access Control systems.
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 4 years experience in Building Systems and infrastructure projects.
